Why choose us?

Got A Claim? Ltd specialises in Occupational Illness claims only. We are not a conventional Claims Management Company – our service is free to you. We won’t sign you up to any credit agreements or insurance policies. When you are contacted by one of our Solicitor contacts, you can have confidence that s/he is someone that we know and trust. This whole arrangement only works for us if the Solicitors that we recommend do their job well! It is for this reason that we will only recommend you to a firm of Solicitors that carry the APIL kite mark for quality. Although your claim is your business and we are not allowed to know anything about it because of the Solicitors Code of Conduct, you can rest assured that we keep an eye on the Solicitors firms that we recommend. It is a term of our introduction that your claim must be handled on a No Win No Fee basis.
